If you have provided, or been asked to provide, services to a client other than as recorded on this or any other timesheet, you agree to inform the agency at the earliest opportunity — and no later than when you submit this timesheet.
Missing weeks: if you worked qualifying hours for another employer in any previous week(s), those hours must be declared too.
